Yeah let's just force the majority of LA's citizens that are seeking an education to move to Baton Rouge for school.

Well, we're forcing them to move to certain locations at the moment. You want a college in every town?

So the state should keep finding institutions like SUNO that graduate six kids for every 100 that enroll?

Louisiana has he most 4 year colleges per capita in the United States. Despite this, they're woefully behind simile states in higher education.

Not every small town in the state should have a four year university.
