There was a theory he was being robbed, sounds legit. He might avoid a life sentence because of it if he pleas.

The only witness who could testify otherwise is dead. Couple that with the fact that he messed with the crime scene, moved the body, and it's going to be really hard to prove anything either way.

Nope. If his life wasn't in danger, killing her is murder. Doesn't matter if she was stealing or not. He may think it's a justifiable repose but it absolutely isn't.

Why should he avoid a life sentence when he was already doing something illegal and then killed a person who posed zero threat to his safety? Based on how this dude looks, I have a hard time believing she'd even attempt to steal from him. He looks like a mass murderer. Then again, you never know because she was bold enough to meet someone at 5am for a sexual favor.
