Not in my case. I was never a fan. I wanted Jimbo, was unsure about Herman. I wasn't even a huge fan of O when he was hired as recruiting coordinator DL coach. I was more ambiguous. I simply looked at the assembled staff which was solid, some of his changes made sense and there was an injection of energy when he took over. I do believe in "right person at the right time at the right place". I thought O might be that guy. Les actually was for a while, but it was unsustainable.

I still hope O turns it around, but the way he's handled things so far, I have very little confidence. We may win a few games against "better teams", but I don't see any sustainability.
