It is gentrifying so fast it’s crazy.
Areas you’d have gotten your throat slit 2 years ago are now the place to be, but pricey.
Everybody used to go to Round Rock. To my knowledge it is now hoodish and has been for some time.
Everything is so expensive I think peaopl are just biting the bullet and overpaying to live near the cool shite. Downtown etc.
Living around the lake has perks, but depending on where, it can be a long drive or uber to get Home around the lake.
