I don’t care if someone smokes that is their business. But this criteria is crazy. They used the same thing to the lottery passed. Funds that state made would go straight to education. Yeah right, look at our schools. It is a nice idea you have but this is Louisiana. The majority of the funds would stolen.

The issue is not that the funding didn’t go to schools. The issue is that they removed all the prior funding to schools so they never increased a school budget, just shifted funds around. Bunch of crooks.
