The fact they are still in campaign mode says a lot. They are desperately trying to shape the narritive of discontentment to save the future of their SW properties.

Something really disturbing about what they have done to Mark Hamill though. Normally the PR move would be to just limit press exposure if an actor levels legitimate criticism of a project he is involved with. Him doing a complete fricking 180 screams studio pressure and draws even more negative attention. Every time I see Hamill take part in these interviews it's like staring into the soulless eyes of a carnival monkey.

It’s cognitive dissonance. Even Jedi masters are susceptible to it.

Yep. It's having the opposite effect of what they intend.

Maybe Mark is being told he will be in the next movies if he is a good boy so he took the deal? Otherwise, why would he care if money is not in play? or maybe he was offered more money to play nice? Who knows, but yes it is odd that he went from where he was to where he is.

I was vocal at first on not minding the movie, but Johnson has since changed my mind over to where you guys were already. He is a piece of shite.

I like Mark Hamill but he’s got two thing pushing this in my opinion...

1) he’s somewhat in denial about luke’s Status.

2) Luke is dead so he is squeezing every bit of attention and interview he can while he can.
