Actually, it seems pretty clear in this thread that Ree and bencoleman are trying to give props to LSU's head football coach, who is having a phenomenal year, while the majority of others in this thread are attempting to tear him down, or at least minimize his accomplishments. On an LSU message board, it's rather disappointing. I would expect this on the SEC Rant but not the Tiger Rant.

I'm guessing he didn't mean for that statement to be inflammatory?

Give me a break. It's called perspective, dude. We're off to a great start this year with a couple of big wins and one huge one. But he/we hasn't/haven't accomplished anything yet. I would think that he and the players would tell you the exact same thing. At this rate, I'd say we are clearly on the right track, but nobody wins championships in October.

Ree is just looking to start shite, since everyone is happy with the win and no one has much to complain about.
