I’m guessing you’ve never driven any of I-95 from Richmond, VA to Boston. Or any part of I-80 within 100 miles of either coast. Or a multitude of other interstates. It is no worse or better here than anywhere else.

Most of the people complaining that ours is the worst probably haven't left the state.
And... interstates are Federal, so whoever said LADOTD designed them is dead wrong.
