I just bought some muck boots on sale from Dick’s. Saved $10.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

answer this question for me. They claim that we need to ban "assault rifles" for public safety. All rifles account for about 200-400 deaths per year, but they have about 10,000 homicides committed with firearms per year. So if this "assault rifle" ban goes into effect, and it has zero impact on firearm homicides (because it won't). You don't see how these politicians/anti-rights type people wont say handguns need to be banned?

for rights that you state about gay marriage, exactly where is that expressly written in the constitution?

The 14th amendment, according to the Supreme Court. End of story.

In a sense you are right that it has become the law of the land but only because the screwed up SC said so.BUT it is not in any way contained in the Constitution. And if you think our forefathers would have provided for anything remotely akin to this travesty or many others advanced by the liberals you need to put the pipe down

Out of curiosity, which gun rights organization do you belong to?

The anti-gun Brady Group was originally called ‘Handgun Control Incorporated’.

quote:

In 1974 the National Council to Control Handguns (NCCH) was founded by armed-robbery victim Mark Borinsky. In 1975, Republican marketing manager Pete Shields, whose 23-year-old son had been murdered, joined NCCH as Chairman. In 1980, the organization became Handgun Control, Inc. (HCI) and partnered with the National Coalition to Ban Handguns (NCBH)

I really wish more people knew more about the topic and the history of those trying to take our rights.

Do we need to post a link to the video of Feinstein saying "if I could get the votes I would say mom and pop turn in all of your guns"?

Its amazing how democrats can so drastically change their believes over years but since Kavanaugh liked to drink in high school he is obviously a sexual predator.

They changed their business model. This was previously discussed in this thread.

And this is where you would be wrong. See, they let a small group of their customers that enjoy outdoors and sports, but are anti-gun have a voice on firearm restrictions without taking the time to consider how it would be taken by their larger group of customers that are pro-gun. So, now they are having to shut down a few stores.

It wasn’t in the constitution until the 14th amendment, which came about when the acceptable moral values and beliefs of the time changed for the better. The founding fathers allowed for the owning of other people as property, because that was considered by many as acceptable for the time. Times and people change. Sorry.
