Could you feel it coming on a few seconds beforehand?

I don't think so but I wouldn't remember anyway, I just came to with paramedics around but other then that it was a normal day. I rarely eat more than a meal a day and always have had problems sleeping, but I've never had a seizure.

Reason I asked was a few years ago I had 5 episodes over a couple weeks where I would end up face down on the ground with no idea of what happened, only that I would feel off for about 5 seconds before hitting the ground. College roommates all thought it was seizures. I got a workup done. I can’t remember what the doc called it, but it was actually a disconnect between my brain and heart that would periodically drop my heart rate way down to where I’d black out. It’s actually somewhat common.
I was on meds for a few months, then nothing like it has happened since. But yeah, go get a workup done
