For those who don’t know, streamer “The Happy Hob” just this Thursday was the first person to beat demon souls, dark souls 1-3, and bloodbourne all back to back in a 17 hour period WITHOUT TAKING ONE HIT. They’re calling it the greatest achievement in gaming. He’s been trying for a year. The whole run is on YouTube. I’ve never played any of the games but that shite sounds crazy

I’m also pretty sure he wasn’t allowed to block damage in the dark souls games so yeah, that guy is gonna have all kinds of arse coming his way now

hit a massive difficulty spike last night. they reaaaallllyyy dont want you to get once you get past the midway point (by my estimate based on story developments). every enemy hits like a truck

Yep, only damage he was allowed to take was fall damage which he really pushes the limit of. He’ll have like a quarter health bar and take a big fall on purpose and have a sliver of life left and act like nothing happened while everyone in that chat is freaking out lol
I watched a lot of his bloodborne and DS1 run. Made me really want to check this series out

I hit a part last night and it seems like even the standard enemies are tough.

I don’t have nearly enough time to watch the whole thing, but I watched some of his Demon Souls and DS3 run. Right before the very last fight in 3 to complete the whole damn thing, he did exactly what you’re talking about and kept jumping off a cliff til he had a sliver of health left. Guy is an absolute mad man.
I’m interested to see what the challenge is gonna be for Sekiro. They have to allow blocking for the no hit run, otherwise I don’t even think the game could be completed.

got through it though. I'm on a classic From boss right now and it looks like the story is about to shift into high gear. I attempted 1 time before going to bed last night.

they're pretty tough at first, but you will smack them around after you learn their moves. they're really fun to fight.
that's the best farming spot you can find in the early locations. grinded quite a bit there.
