Download Retroarch. Use PCSX Rearmed for RE games and Beetle PSX for everything else.
I guess the Classic is okay as long as you hack it. Especially since it's only like $40 now.
PS3 is another good option and the most convenient. Emulation is good enough and same with the upscaling through HDMI.
