30 years ago there were some physical prep “suggestions”, like running 3 miles in less than 20 minutes, certain number of situps/crunches in a minute, etc.
Talk to somebody at the recruiting office and see if they have current info.

OP already stated he received an age waiver for his PFT, due to being prior service.
