I seen this man on numerous occasions. He was a good man and deputy. He was one of the few deputies that made the calls with the mental health unit.
This happened a few miles from my office. Rest In Peace officer Dhaliwal.

There have been a number of first hand stories on the neighborhood watch board about him basically saving peoples lives in his work with the mental health unit.
He’s the perfect example of what a cop should be
