Joe Lamp'l did a podcast you could find on them. I used a little cheap one from amazon myself but another issue for legginess is putting a fan on them and/or touching them at least once a day for them to trigger their growth/reaction

Careful with the fan blowing from one side it will push them all to one direction

Good point. The last couple of seasons I put a fan on them. Didn't help at all. I'm probably going the Amazon route for lights, and buying a metal storage rack from Sam's to use as a dedicated setup so l can get my work bench back.
