Nobody ever gives Ensminger his credit for that 2016 offense. It was an absolute magic trick to do what he did mid season and break records in the process.

How many times does it need to be said? Examine in detail that “record setting” offense in 2016 and you’ll find it was propped up by bad defenses and two NFL starting running backs. E‘s offense couldn't seem to score a touchdown against Alabama, how’d we do this year? There is a reason he hadn’t been an OC in many years, and wasn’t especially good when he was.

The “PGC” hire is every bit as important as the DC hire.
