Normal crystal tastes great but doesn't add heat, that extra hot though...

tobasco has too much vinegar, it's good for certain items but not as an everyday hot sauce

I only like Tabasco on Italian food. Just think it's better with red gravy. Everything else Crystal Extra Hot.
