I figured we could just keep one running thread this year since interest on this board is low outside of AUFC.
Season starts Saturday. Here's the opening weekend schedule.
Saturday, February 29, 2020:
1 pm ET - D.C. United vs. Colorado Rapids (Audi Field)
3 pm ET - Montreal Impact vs. New England Revolution (Stade Olympique)
3:30 pm ET - Houston Dynamo vs. LA Galaxy (BBVA Stadium)
5:30 pm ET - San Jose Earthquakes vs. Toronto FC (Avaya Stadium)
6 pm ET - FC Dallas vs. Philadelphia Union (Toyota Stadium)
6 pm ET - Orlando City SC vs. Real Salt Lake (Exploria Stadium)
8 pm ET - Nashville SC vs. Atlanta United (Nissan Stadium)
10:30 pm ET - Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. Sporting Kansas City (BC Place)
Sunday, March 1, 2020:
12:30 pm ET - Columbus Crew SC vs. New York City FC (MAPFRE Stadium)
1 pm ET - New York Red Bulls vs. FC Cincinnati (Red Bull Arena)
3 pm ET - Seattle Sounders vs. Chicago Fire FC (CenturyLink Field)
5:30 pm ET - LAFC vs. Inter Miami CF (Banc of California Stadium)
7:30 pm ET - Portland Timbers vs. Minnesota United (Providence Park)
As with last year, all non-TV games will be streamed on ESPN+

To kick things off, RSL just announced the signing of Giuseppe Rossi. Hasn't played since he was at Genoa.

No Nani, no Dom, no goals. Praying for a 0-0 draw in this one.

Can't wait to boo Rossi in person, that is if he doesn't get hurt before he comes to Nashville

MLS updated their roster rules (effective Jan 1, 2020), and there's 2 notable changes.
Old rule:
-Club keeps 75% of transfer fees, League keeps 25%.
-Club can convert up to $750k of transfer fee to GAM.
New rule:
-Club keeps 95% of transfer fee, League keeps 5%.
-Club can convert up to $1M of transfers fee to GAM.

Nashville’s debut starting on big boy FOX. I’d imagine this’ll do big numbers (for MLS) and I’m hyped. I love watching debuts.
