Feels a little like Joe’s visit when transferring from OSU. It just feels so right. He will see that on his visit and shut it down

Guy will bring a lot of experience playing the position in the defense were switching too which is maybe the biggest weakness the current set of lbs has...

Texas NEEDS a MLB. Their starting MLB Entered the Transfer Portal. If we don’t get him it’s not the end of the world but it would be a massive boost to our linebackers.

After watching that link he is very very smooth in coverage. I think OLB is his position. He and Stevens on the outside would be solid with regards to blitzing/coverage. I'm sure O and Pellini are going all in this weekend.

We don't know what Thornton will look like in the new Defense, Brooks may need a year, we have to be a little thin there for the coaches to be moving guys there....if Pelini wants him that bad he's SURE he'd be great in his defense....O's recruiting masterfully, bring in an amazing class and leave a couple spots for guys like this. He'll be a Tiger next season

What does Brooks need a year for? The kid is an athlete and he can play the LB spot at 215-220, he played rush OLB at 200. So you think he needs a year to get bigger, nah, put your best athletes and players on the field.
