This is a bad comparison. Dak started every game over those four years and had a really good team that played some post season games. Brees sat behind Flutie in his rookie year and only played about half of the games in his third year. He was on a really bad team that quit on him quite early in his career when they drafted Rivers. However, he still showed enough promise for the saints to sign him. His years with the chargers were not great and he was on a really bad team. He did not play at a really high level till he got to the saints. Dak walked into a team that was playoff ready and hasn’t been able to do much with it. Coaching had a lot to do with that but he consistently misses throws he should make.

I would keep Teddy because he can be starter next 10 years. Brees isn't young so I would give him a 2 yr 38 mil deal.
