Considering the states executive orders will keep on through around the same end date of April 30th, what would result from a federal lifting of its order in the next couple or few days? It would have no effect on the states' current orders. The best of nothing but shitty options was to refrain from likely causing yet new outrage over "unnecessarily causing confusion".

I think as soon as the general public feels safe they are going to do what they want to do no matter what the government tells them to do.
