I listened to the entire soundcloud of his speech to the crew and aside for an off-color word here or there, it was inspiring, brilliant, and clear. I'm not a military man, so I'm not up to speed on protocols, but as acting secretary, he seemed appropriate to me.
You don't have to disagree with the Crozier letter to know what he did was wrong. That's what's getting lost in the media's zeal to make everything a referendum on Trump.

Listening to the audience reactions to what he was saying made it cringe-worthy. Not sure it's resign/fire worthy but definitely weird and avoidable.
