Modley’s speech was so bad. I found it opportunist, intoxicated, and cringe. Go Navy! At the end just cap off a very bad message. Yikes.

I would've handled the troops completely different...would've thrown a touch of praise his way for trying to protect the most valuable asset, the men and women of the Navy...

But, we cannot violate secret readiness...reporting tools are in place to protect you from potential enemy interdiction.

...and if Vietnam was chosen because of stores of HCQ and Zpacks along with additional security measures..they should've told Crozier
