The arm talent he is likely referring to is the lack of a finesse throw. It’s 110mph or nothing. That’s Brennan’s biggest downside.

This has got to be it. He has a cannon but has lacked in touch.
Ryan should have clarified this though as a talking head.

He showed pretty nice touch on the crossing pass to Dee Anderson in last year’s spring game. Play went for about 40 yards, if I’m not mistaken.
