This has got to be it. He has a cannon but has lacked in touch.
Ryan should have clarified this though as a talking head.

I agree with the 110 mph throws, but that was in the beginning. That last 2 times MB went into the game, I watched him perfectly place the ball with touch. I thought "Uh Oh", if this kid grabs this and learns to read defense, he is a first rounder.
