It has wheels, but it can be moved rather easily by two American sized adults without using the wheels.

If you want to move it up or down stairs, you're gonna need two people. Otherwise, no problem moving it.

You want the bike on a good mat to protect your floor. If the bike is going on carpet you can read on the subreddit suggestions. Many suggest getting a sheet of plywood to set on the carpet and then set the bike on top of. Will help to stabilize bike better.
