Again I go back to my ACLU-member political science professor in college, who said that usually GOP voters will vote no matter what while Dem voters have to be persuaded.
So if there is extensive foul weather, I think the GOP will have most of its voters turn out, the Dems not so much.

Looking at radar for tomorrow there is almost no rain expected nationwide with the exception of possibly in the northeast late in the afternoon as a cold front moves through.
