I agree. But this is a good plan. There’s no way O is fired this year. Give him one more year, he either gets it right or he’s gone

I would make the argument that Miles would still be here if he would've hired a great OC and I think O is as good an HC as Les and can recruit with the vest of them.

You probably thought that in 2016-2017.

This year has been completely fricked up. New DC, losing 17 starters and several other contributors from last year’s team, and COVID wrecking the entire ore-season.

Teams who had continuity from last year are really the only teams who are playing well week in and week out.

If Bama lost Jones, Smith and Harris to go along with Waddle, do you think they would be playing at the same level with Bryce Young at QB?

Amazing how fast people will turn on one another when things aren’t going great. Kind of sad.
