Here you go OP, it's pretty straight forward. Sorry for your loss. Did the hospital you had the surgery at not have a pharmacy in it? Usually you leave the hospital with your prescriptions.

He probably had a Rx for narcotics or anticoagulant. Most in house pharmacy will not fill an narcotic. Makes me wonder if she OD on medicine that the hospital gave her prior to her leaving? Prayers
