It isn't a sexy mistake, but just trying to wallpaper a bathroom. It looked like a toddler's paper mache on a balloon. It almost looked like I threw wet toilet paper on the wall and let it dry.

What a dumbass.
I once had a foot slip off a rafter and one leg go through the ceiling in the bedroom because I was running Ethernet.
