I ran into the same thing in my house. All of the signal wiring is low voltage, but there is 115 (120 for Obtuse) volt power at the base station/hub. Proceed with caution, obviously. I backpulled the power wiring to the source (a receptacle immediately below), but I'm OCD about such things.
