Definitely going to go that route. I was just kind of wondering if it's a common occurrence or something extremely rare

And if the dogs come back positive, what then LOL?

fought strep all my life till i had tonsils removed

My wife’s a vet. Said it’s pretty rare for a dog to transmit strep to a human. Not looking good for momma.

Antibiotics for the dogs. Your vet will know once everything is established
