Also, being a great DC is not the same as being a great HC. Tom Herman was a great OC at Ohio State. Tom Herman put together a super season at the University of Houston. That didn’t translate to winning at the University of Texas.

Not the same, it’s not even close to the same. Aranda was running. LSU’s entire program at an elite level not O, and certainly not Pelini he was ruining it.

Aranda is going to be a stellar head coach just as he was defensive coordinator. I’m sure watching Brady and Burrow in action was a productive learning experience.
