Are you really confident in O or Peetz coaching at this point if that was your kid?

Coach O fricked the goat on national television by not playing Nussmeier in that game, cost us, and then threw the whole "redshirting" idea and the family under the bus. He's a coward and should have "coached" as you say cause he was the "coach".

Would it be ironic for O to burn his redshirt on the way out? If all these stories about his dad asking to sit him, then changing his mind, then changing his mind again are true…then we really need a scripted TLC reality series.

It’s more likely that his dad asked for him to play to get film so he can transfer.

You are just making this up.

So hopefully nothing happens to Max, but if sh*t happens, I hope Matt O'Dowd comes in and totally kills it so he’s in the running for QB1 next year.

Thanks Alleva, this shows what you know. Aranda and Ensminger held this program together and Brady put them over the top.

Aranda? Uh ok, maybe. But Ensminger and Brady, definitely not. They did a good job but I’m pretty sure it was more of joe, chase, JJ and co.

I agree.

Without him, we've been playing with no backup because the goal has been to redshirt the backup all year apparently. So Max Johnson has had to play like he has no backup all year which shows. How does everyone not get this? (I've seen threads deleted off this site that have addressed this subject)

It’s smart on Nuss’s part to redshirt. He may need that year down the road

This site would just have the Nuss family run the program. This program is a lost cause at this point.

That’s exactly the reason why you can only take what this idiot fanbase has to say with a grain of salt.

Good decision. It would have been moronic to burn anyone’s potential redshirt with only 2 meaningless games left to play, especially a young QB.

A potential full future year of play - whether with us or with any program - far outweighs the final 2-3 games of this LSU season.
