A lot of work, but the result is better than traditional chicken fingers. The only exception is Calendar's chicken fingers. They were the GOAT. Second place for traditional chicken fingers was Bailey's.

The recipe is from Planet Hollywood. My daughter wanted these tonight, and they were delicious.

Corn flakes and Captain Crunch ground up, but not too finely.

Back when I was doing Keto we were using pork rinds. It's really good.

That might be the saddest side salad I've ever seen. Looks like a kid pulled the lettuce off his fast food hamburger.

Were there not a lone single crouton in the middle, I'd assume this was partially digested grass your dog puked up in the back yard.

There were only a few standouts on Planet Hollywood's menu and Chicken Crunch is one of them. Anyone who is downvoting captain crunch as a breading ingredient for the chicken fingers has either not tried them or has no taste buds IMO. They are slightly sweet because of the Captain Crunch and the Creole mustard sauce they should be served with is a great balance. Very good recipe.

The other standout is the white chocolate bread pudding. It rocks. Beyond that the other food was forgettable. Inronically, the ceasar salads they served were very good.

Back when Bailey’s and Cane’s were starting up, I asked the owner of Calendar’s why he didn’t open a Chicken Tender hut. He said he didn’t want to be in the fast food business.
