Full lense reader sunglasses

It's getting a little harder for me to see the ball and I started hitting shots outside of 100 yards with 1x readers on. The problem is, my eyes are a bit sensitive to light, so, it still sucks.
Anyone have or know of any companies that make relatively affordable full lense readers that are sunglasses? Alot of what I am finding are bifocal.
