man ain't that the truth. Seems like my bench/OHP plummet when I cut weight. I've lost about 15 lbs since November and idk if it's worth it.

I'm around 15-20% right now and I can feel it. I'm watching my diet pretty close and on TRT so I'm wondering how much of it is losing muscle mass and how much is due to only eating about 200g of carbs/day. Hardly getting a pump is not fun.

I'm carrying a little extra right now. About two months ago I did a heavy leg program, and it was twice a week. Tons of squat variations, lunges, split squats, RDL, some explosive movements. As I was nearing the end of it, the wife caught a glimpse of me in boxer briefs and said my legs were almost getting too big. I'm like thanks for noticing, that's kind of the point! Can't really explain a bulk/cut to her though.
