Water 64 ounces a day.

Eat before you are hungry.
Stop before you are full.

Many diets can work, but probably a low carb diet is useful.

Don’t eat fast food, cut bread. Cut dessert.

Find low carb foods you like and keep them handy.

Lots of good advice on here.

I suspect that you have certain behaviors that led you to where you are now. It will be very easy to fall back into those behaviors due to boredom, anxiety, depression, etc. You must resist going back to the comfortable way of your old bad habits.

Also, measure progress in months not days. If you are disciplined you will be happy in 6 mos and ecstatic in one year. But may not see or feel any difference next week

God bless and good luck with your journey. You can definitely do it

I’m in the same boat as you brother. 5 pounds heavier than I’ve ever been. Disappointed in myself, but I can overcome.

Wife and I just went on a 2 mile walk to start the New Year. Going to get back on WW and see how this goes. Last time I did it I lost 35 pounds in 3 months.

We got this!

It's a lifestyle change not a diet..Definitely count calories in the beginning.

Start slow.. Eliminate one bad thing first. Beat that then move on to the next.

Don't start day 1 on chicken and broccoli and running 5 miles. It won't last.

Use time to your advantage. Make easy goals to get to the ultimate goal. Even if it takes 3 years.

You can do it..

So i found the fat people shot on the internet. The website on it is seemingly legit with its reviews and everything. I mean obviously even the real thing is made in china and this is probably just diverted supply from the real thing

anyway its about 75 bucks a week. Should i get on this or get on test? or both? Im never gonna get a gf if i dont get a 6 pack and I know a lot of people on test dont really get big swole so im unsure which way to go

They have plenty of dieticians willing to put people on it for people slightly overweight. You just may have to go to 15 CVS/WalGreens/Walmart to get it filled

Only good tips I have, because it is a calorie thing, is to at least try and cut out liquid calories. It sucks at first but I’ve gotten down to just water and black coffee.

Of course I drink on the weekends but you have to cut that out too and probably should in the beginning to really help out.

And if you frick up one day don’t give up, just go back the next day. And don’t use, oh it’s the holiday or some shite as an excuse, there is always an excuse why not to start.
