I pulled the triiger on the chiller/heater for my pool. I am responsible for the electricity. I know nothing about electricity, but I am told it will need a 60 amp breaker. The breaker box is external and on the same wall as my pool equipment. The length to run the wire is approximately 60 feet long. Any ideas what I should expect to pay?

Our pool depth is about 6’ at it’s deepest
Our pool came with a chiller. I wouldn’t purchase one. I use it about 3 times per year because my wife asks for it

First year I was regretting no chiller

Last year I killed the pump at 8am and back on at 4pm. Ran out fountains at night. Either not circulating water in the day really helped or I got very lucky because I only lost a couple days to too hot water

Kinda wish I had sprung for a heater

I just had the Pentair 140k heat cool installed with around the same length in distance needed for wire. I paid the Electrcian 1750 bucks for his stuff and plumber 400 to plumb it in.
