A whole trailer to tell us NCAA 25 is happening with no in-game footage. “We’re making it tho!!!”

My issue is that if they were going to release it in the summer like they say, shouldn't they have clips of actual gameplay in the trailer? Makes me think they either aren't as far along as they say or that they made it closer to Madden than NCAA 2014 as far as gameplay and don't want to tank sales by showing that.

They’re releasing the whole trailer in May. I think this was an announcement to let people know it is officially happening, because of the amount of people who have been publicly doubting the game is coming out this year.

EA is making it. Expectations should be tempered. They couldve updated rosters and used NCAA 14 gameplay and it wouldve been the top selling game of all time.

I actually think they took so much a while back for people saying they will ruin it because it’s on the madden platform that they went back and tweaked a lot of things.

It's run on the same engine as Madden
they are just going to reskin Madden 24 and use the college rosters and jerseys.
I bet my left nut that they also have skills/abilities like how the madden series is like now. Some players have speed boost, rocket arms, jukes, ect.

The fact that this isn't their plan is very concerning. They almost perfected the game in 2014. The only issue I saw is that if you played dynasty mode for like 20+ seasons, the triple option teams always ended up being top 5 teams.

That’s not the games anymore. It’s all about enticing players into spending real money to buy packs full of fake in game bullshite, after you’ve paid a hundred bucks to have that privilege. Then when the next game comes out in 12 months the cycle repeats.

Madden has been doing that since like 2021, some players have what they call X-factor abilities. Makes them damn near impossible to take down.
we'll see if EA does that same thing with NCAA.
The coolest thing to me about the games growing up is that yes, they were both made by EA Sports, but they were so much different when you played NCAA vs when you played Madden
