I am talking about the job, preparing for your opponent.And every other thing that's involved. I am not talking about how you approach your job.

Right, which part of that includes your offense. Seeing as how O was hired 4 weeks in , he can’t put in his offense (never mind he could have 4 years and not put in “his” offense because he does not have one).

The fact you would try to compare an interim gig and a permanent gig speaks volumes about the mindset of this board at large.

Mostly you, we are talking about a man that has already been a Head Coach. Already has been an Interim coach. Coached on the staffs of many successful coaches.Sean Payton, Jimmy Johnson, Pete Carroll, Dennis Erickson, Les Miles, you name it. Somebody had to see something extra in him, don't you think so. I don't think that people are nessasarily looking for slouches to fill positions. And I don't think that O fits that category.
