Someone who has had success in the NFL like Jack Del Rio or Jeff Fisher...or maybe Dick Vermeil

Have you gathered a list of old folks homes for Woody to check?

I want the exact opposite.

I rather a successful college coach over NFL coach. Especially at this level.

NFL coaches never work as college coaches aside from studs like Pete Carroll. They either dumb down their scheme to the point of being vanilla or run something too complex for your average college player

Saban failed in the NFL. What's your logic?

Saban was a college coach before the NFL. He's an example of a college coach not working in the NFL and came home where he works best

Doug Pederson fits your criteria and I think he could be successful in college. Unfortunately, he has said his goal is to get back into coaching in the NFL.

Why not try for an ex-player with no head coaching experience
..its worked out for Jackson State.

How about Peyton Manning?

I just want practically anyone not named Coach Zero and can act like a grownup. Hell I even take Tom Herman's kissing arse right now. Or give me Hugh Freeze for all I care. I'm tired of this bottomless fishing hole idiot and not being able to make adjustments in a 60-min war. Worthless, in over his head, and still cocky AF from getting lucky in '19.
