She has a chip on her shoulder. I sure she blames white people for the poor decisions of her parents. It’s all the white mans fault her mom was a single mom and she grew up in the hood or ghetto. It will always be whiteys fault. No morals or personal responsibility. Y’all acting white .

As far as the Obama thing, I couldn’t care less about that. I didn’t even know she’d said it until this thread was made. She doesn’t need to apologize for anything, I just wish that she would move on.

She’s gaining followers on social media. She hit a million on Instagram yesterday or the day before.
She’s playing this up but everything else I’ve seen from and about her is very likable. She always compliments her teammates, loves and appreciates the fans that show up to support them and she’s witty. She also seems like a natural leader. Watching her post game interviews during the season made me a fan.

LSU won the national title.
1) people zoomed in on her silly little celebration as the clock ticked off the last few seconds... she was on the court but didn't have the ball. I've sorta noticed lots of teams doing goofy shite in those moments, and never cared what they were doing. And I've never seen any past coverage singling someone out during those times. Has anyone done something potentially classless? I don't know, and again I don't care. Nobody ever cared, unless it went to the level of punching someone; which she didn't do.
For media to confront her about it at the post-game interview was inappropriate, and she got defensive.
2) Her response to Jill Biden was also appropriate, if maybe better left unsaid. Trips to the White House are for the winners. Always has been. Now, they wanna invite Iowa too, because it was "a good game"?
Ask Iowa if losing by 17 feels like a good game.
A good game goes down to the last play, maybe OT. And even then, the loser doesn't get any special recognition.
Why are they fricking with LSU's moment? That's the way I feel about it, and would feel if it were South Carolina, Utah, or Iowa etc that won.
It's about as insulting as the guys who bitch about the teams in the Final Four, saying the 1 seeds are better than who made it. Well, the 1 seeds (like Alabama, as an example) didn't win, those other teams did. Respect the outcome. Respect the accomplishment.

She is a talented well spoken, strong willed, young black woman, who has no problem speaking her mind. She had a problem with the actions of another player, right or wrong, and she expressed her displeasure directly to that other player. I see no evidence of her being a racist.
If Joe and Clark can Showboat and make the gestures, she sure in the hell can. The problem seems to be that some guys can’t handle.her personality and want to jump through hoops to find a way to be outraged. even though Clark has said, she is, competitive, I am competitive what’s the big deal.
