The melt will go nuclear when the quality of the college football playoff is dramatically improved when 3 SEC teams are in it. The Power 5 may become the Power 3.

Ok has Rattler

Don’t think he has it. Would put my money on Ehlinger.

LSU beats Texas in semis, Clemson clowns Bama again, and then it’s Round 2.

Bama beats Georgia in regular season
LSU beats Bama
UGA beats LSU in sec championship

Good chance there’s 2 SEC if both are undefeated going into ATL and the games close. Also a good chance for a G5 if they’re undefeated.

No they just have their crazy highly rated sophomore stud who is right behind fields in the heisman odds. And it looks like fields isn’t going to play.

I wonder what lead to him being right behind Fields in Heisman odds? Was it the four throws against South Dakota after Oklahoma was leading 63-14 in the fourth quarter of the first game of the season? The two completions against Texas Tech when they were up 55-16? Or the 8 yard completion against LSU. He completed 7 passes on the season. 4 of them were against South Dakota. Against the two power 5 schools (Texas Tech & LSU) he went 3-7 for 31 yards. Since when does that make you one of the top Heisman hopefuls?

Texas? Hell no. Oklahoma or Oklahoma State. The cowboys return a lot and are expected to be good.

I believe that QB is the key spot on most teams. My take is that Texas has the best QB in the Big 12.
