You do realize that the compliance department does not make the rules. Their purpose is to see that the rules put in place by others at LSU are followed. That is what they are supposed to do. If you have to place blame on LSU rather than the athlete ( who knows the rules) then you need to blame the rule makers, not those who are doing what they are there to do- enforce those rules.

Rules are rules and I get it but It’s sad an 18year old can go out and drink themselves silly, but cant stay home, out of trouble and smoke some pot.

I have no issue blaming the entire fricked up system, but compliance is a component of that system and deserves its criticism.

Supposedly head of compliance retires effective 7/1. Probably his last “f u” to football.

He was a Dale B disciple. Dale hated football, especially the money and notoriety they received. I find it odd that we have had very few kids on the basketball team get popped on drug tests for the last 15 years, but multiple kids on the football team every year. Not wishing anything in basketball, just wondering if the guy selectively tested football players more than basketball.

The worst part is there will be more guys just like him. And maybe even big time contributors too. Hate to see it for recruiting. Got to recruit the right guys if compliance won't ever change.

Was really looking forward to Dare reaching his full potential this year after all this time of waiting for it, disappointing to say the least.

Immediately.

pretty sure you can't transfer and play immediately if you're trying to avoid a suspension. Believe that's one of the caveats of the transfer rule.

You don’t think players on the basketball team smoke? Come on, dude. They target specific kids with these drug tests.

18? Drinking age is 21 in every state in the US.

Am I the only one who thinks its ironic Dare allegedly failed a drug test?

Drug
Abuse
Resistance
Education
