It’s still pretty nice when you get that kind of talent. Like someone said before they are only the number 1 class because there is no higher.. you get that kind of depth on the defense and it sure makes coaching a bit easier.
If anything Alabama should have more titles given how far out ahead they are on talent. So he’s he’s good, but surprised they haven’t won more. Couldn’t beat Clemson or OSU

Saban really struggles against good QB play (not saying others don't). His teams are dominant in just about every phase but if you have plus QB play it overcomes many of the inherent advantages the Tide possess.
Nobody with an average QB has beat Saban since we did in 2011. That happened because we had a freakish defense and special teams unit.
If you give Alabama all of the LSU QB's and vice versa the last 10 years those crystal balls would not be in Tuscaloosa. LSU has been as good as Bama in many phases for many years but bad QB play has crushed us.
