Ryan Clark, WTF? You're overruled.

Absolutely Ryan Clark is way off here!
I’ve watch Myles throw for 7 years now!

Get your eyeballs calibrated Tigers cuz I’m only gonna say this once

Legend:
G (average QB)
VG (Above Average QB)
E (Excellent QB)
O (Outstanding or Elite QB)

Pass Types:
Bullet: pass of high velocity (little or no arc)
Bullets can also be Bullet high or Bullet low.
Touch Pass: Pass with a low to medium arc
Most passes including screen passes
Lob Pass: High arc pass (bomb)

Myles Brennan has excellent to outstanding arm talent and I’ll be specific in my points as follows:

Speed: VG = 4.7 forty with VG footwork
Scrambling: VG (Can improve to E)
Vision: E = decisions, reads (ints are rare)
Trigger Time: VG for NFL Pro (can improve)
Release Time: VG for NFL Pro (can improve)
Velocity: E (70+ yard arm and improving)

Passes:
Bullet Passes
1. Bullet: E = velocity, accuracy, & spin
2. Bullet “high”: E (can improve)
3. Bullet “low”: O (*deadly accurate)
*Note: Bullet “low” is a chain mover. Myles mauled them in HS and will again. TE throws (Bullets Low) are going to be a forte. Myles can thread a needle when he has to

Touch Passes
4. Touch: E*(Can improve with practice to O) *Ball placement (accuracy) is proportional to amount of practice & rapport with the WR. Myles & Racey will be a special duo in 2020.
Early 2020 miscommunication with TM & JC is possible but will quickly be corrected.
5. Screen: E* (*Again Rapport with RB)

Lob Passes
6. Bomb: O (Myles is special here) one of his best throws. Many a year has passed and Death Valley hasn’t seen a Bomber like Myles
Boot up Tiger Fans get ready to be bombed

Expectations:
1. High % passes to move the chains.
2. Bullets to WRs X/Y/Z (Low bullets to TEs)
3. Lobs (Bombs) to Racey and later JC & TM
4. Touch passes based on Def personnel and gameplan & coverages (zone, man,
5. Screens (Emery) will be a Secret Weapon

Throws (6 zones) based on Dee Coverage and gameplan

1. 1-10 yards (left)
2. 1-10 yards (Center)
3. 1-10 yards (right)
4. 10+ (left)
5. 10+ (Center)
6. 10+ (right)

I can tell you his tendencies but will not. Watch for yourself where the balls go.
Sean Payton Template is deliberately random

Everyone Eats!

Keep this in mind! Myles will practice against one of the best defenses in America

I’m expecting 50+ points a game based on:
A) More passing (54% to 60+%)
B) More plays (74 plays to 80 plays a game)
C) More completions
D) More agressive Defense that gets more sacks, turnovers, Ints and limits opposing offenses in:
1) Plays per game
2) Time of possession
3) Rushing
4) Scoring

One thing I definitely agree with is the hype machine that is the coaching staff pumping up MB. Its been so over done it feels like they're trying to convince us instead of giving an objective evaluation.

I don’t remember anyone from the coaching staff hyping up any QB after Spring, before Burrow transfered to LSU.

They weren’t overhyping MB 2 yrs ago, when he was the presumed starter. He’s 2 yrs. older; 2 more yrs. of playing college football, bigger and more mature.. We will probably never see another Joe Burrow, but I believe the coaching staff when they say that this kid will be special.

ETA: It doesn’t hurt that he probably learned a few things from one of best QB’s in college football history.

Let's not forgot the kid has been mentored by a hall of famer since peewee football. They are very tight with Favre and he has been guiding this kid throughout his career. He has overcome many things and his only knock out of hs was he was as thin as a slice of bread. He has added weight and much needed strength and the sky is the limit for this kid. I for one can't wait to see what he does in purple and gold. This is not joe burrow this is myles brennan and it's his time to shine!

Ryan Clark was the only one who said that the offense was going to have to carry the defense before last year started. EVERYONE said the opposite going into last year.

Ryan Clark is the only one who said it. Makes me wonder.

Fair point. I'm going to be positive though, it worked last season

I think the big difference is escape ability. Joe made up for an offensive line that struggled some, even though it was a good offensive line. Everyone relax, not trashing the O line....just saying sometimes due to blitzes, etc., Joe's legs got us out of trouble.
