Agreed. I don't think the band members understand the power they have. Just fricking play that shite when you have a great opportunity like that. What's gonna happen? They're going to revoke hundreds of scholarships and not have a band anymore? No.

After about 10 minutes or so , the band decided to sing it. After they finished singing, everyone standing around me left, and so did I.

Playing the Alma Mater would have led everyone to leave. Basically saying "Keep partying but you can't stay here"
