Don’t get the sweep, and playoff chances are near zero.

Bad start, but the guys need to relax and just play ball.

Are you familiar with the exception rather than the rule concept?

Ole Miss had a ton of excellent players out that were older and they were picked to win it all. This is not a good comparison.

Lose today and you’ll need to win the SEC tournament.

I don’t think it really matters. We’re on par with Auburn and Missouri right now.

Season is already over! I by over I mean looking at the minimum expectations for LSU Baseball. Minimum should at least be in position to host. That is long gone. Pretty Pathetic for LSU baseball to ever be in a position that you "Hope" to make a Regional.

LSU was preseason #2 and was the favorite to return to Omaha at the beginning of the season with a ton of older players who have talent.

This season is over as far as winning anything. Not going to happen.

In order to get to the postseason, we need to make the SEC tournament and this game is very important in order to reach that goal. Winning only 2 of 3 makes ours chances more difficult with A&M coming in especially if we can only win 1 .

Who? Older are Jrs and 4th and 5th year seniors for them. LSU had a few younger players with little to no experience. A freaking SO is not an “older player” by no stretch.
There was White, Bingham (transfer) and Pearson. That’s it for older players.
LSU was far overrated.

I don’t know why people have trouble accepting this. If you have watched this series, it’s evident LSU and Auburn are two evenly matched teams. Just accept that it ain’t happening this season. Just hope that CJJ figures things out before next season so we don’t have a repeat of this year!

You can easily just stop watching and save your weekends. We also have a 4 game lead on Auburn. Not very evenly matched.
