The Tiger Turk is prowling the LSU football facility

The LSU football facility is like NFL training facilities the Monday after the final exhibition game. All of this portal activity is not completely voluntary. This is now today's college game where there is no solid loyalty for either players or coaches. The dream of wearing the purple and gold is now over for some young men. We wish them well at their new endeavors and thank them for their contributions to the Tiger program.

it goes both ways now
you are basically playing for your spot every season and that's the way it should be if NIL is gonna run the college landscape
performance either warrants that pay or the paying party can move on
at least it's all out in the open now
then a player is going to sue a university for getting cut thereby eliminating his academic scholarship which used to be the whole point of college athletics

Too bad we don't have Turk who can judge talent. Would have been much better off sending Burns and Ryan to the portal.

Scholarships have always been year to year but with NIL, it is see you later. Any mutual loyalty is GONE.

There is no reason Ryan and Burns should be starters. Have you not seen them play

The Turk. Had not heard anyone else use that term in awhile. But very much a part of NFL training camps in the 1960s and 1970s.
